The Male Identity Crisis
Fifty years ago the script for men was clear: provide, stay stoic, keep quiet. That script has been torn up and nothing clear has replaced it, for senior leaders and young men alike. In Australia, three out of four suicides are male. Paul and Kemina dig into why so many men feel lost, from the armour leadership used to reward to the rise of the manosphere. Kemina argues the workplace once rewarded putting the armour on and now asks men to take it off, without anyone teaching them how. Paul argues the way forward starts with men and women genuinely understanding what each other wants. And the first step might be the simplest: you can't talk about emotions you can't recognise.
